If the delivered service deviates significantly from the agreed-upon scope (as stated in the contract or email), you may be eligible for a revision or refund, subject to internal review.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has been partially or fully delivered.
  • For dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after delivery.
  • If the client fails to communicate required information or delays the project.
  • For downloadable digital products, templates, or ready-to-use content once accessed.
  • If the refund request is submitted more than 14 days after service completion.

In many cases, instead of a refund, we offer free revisions to meet your expectations, as long as the revision request aligns with the original service brief.
